About Skamp Life

Skamp Life is the mischievous love child of a man named Matt. Hi, my name’s Matt. I'm that guy down below with the resting smug face. Creating and selling graphic tees for a living has been my dream ever since my childhood dream of playing in the NBA fizzled out in the middle school circuit.

While others were trying to understand the mysteries of the universe in physics class, I was using my physics notebook to scribble down as many t-shirt ideas as I could think of. Although I like to think a great t-shirt and the mysteries of the universe are somewhat related and equally important to humanity.

The Notebook

Fast-forward a solid decade, with the traditional real-life filler in between, and here we are! Skamp Life – named after the vintage motorhome that took me on a cross-country road trip that inspired the spirit that Skamp Life embodies – creativity, fun, adventure, and our motto - "SKAMP, SKAMP!" which pretty much means whatever you want it to. But is best used in times of extreme excitement.

Of course there are some occasions in life when a basic, plain tee is the appropriate attire - just like sometimes people eat wings without blue cheese. It suffices but it's just not the same.
