    You've got questions? We've got answers. Here are some common ones to get out of the way. If the answers aren't specific enough for your taste, or you have your own questions, don't hesitate to get ahold of us.

     

    How does shipping work?

    • What countries do you ship to?
      Our products are shipped pretty much everywhere worldwide! If you currently live on planet Earth then chances are we ship to you. We don't currently ship to planets other than Earth though. We apologize to any extraterrestrials for the inconvenience.
    • Print On Demand: We use a print-on-demand service which means once you place your order it has to be fulfilled first and then normal shipping times apply depending on your location. So add the fulfillment time to the shipping times and that will be when you can expect to receive your order.
      • Fulfillment times: Most orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days.
      • Shipping times: Shipping times take effect once your order has been fulfilled and vary by your location. General estimates are as follows:
        • United States: 3-4 business days
        • Canada: 6-10 business days
        • Europe: 3-9 business days
        • Japan: 4-8 business days
        • Australia: 12-14 business days
        • Rest of World: 8-14 business days

    That new shirt smell?

    When you first get your new threads you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Have no fear! Our shirts are printed on demand via a process called DTG (direct-to-garment). The vinegary smell or off-white residue is just a fixation agent used during the printing process. That fixation agent is what helps the ink bond with the fabric and prevents it from flaking off. All inks used during the printing process are water-based and eco-friendly so rest at ease. It'll only take a wash and your garment will be ready to wear! 

    Returns/exchanges: 

    If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your order when you receive it - no worries. You have 45 days from the date you received the order to return or exchange any of your items. We kindly ask that you include the order# as well as the name associated with the order when doing so. Please send returns/exchanges to:

        • Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We aren't that big time yet to cover those. But to try and make things right - when making a return we will refund the original shipping cost to you, along with the cost of the item/items you're returning of course, once we receive your returned items. And if you're exchanging an order we'll give you a 20% off discount code for your troubles to offset the shipping costs. Just message us and we'll take of care of you. Essentially our return/exchange policy is "we'll do as right by you as we can."

      How do your shirts fit?

      Being hugged by a cloud would probably sum it up best. Our designs are printed on some of the softest garments on the market so you can feel good while looking good. Our 100% cotton tees are made of ringspun cotton and our tri-blend tees are made of a perfect trio of fabrics (50% polyester/25% cotton/25% rayon) for your wearing pleasure. Each item we sell has a size chart in the description when you're viewing it along with models showing you how you can expect the shirt fit. Let it guide you to picking the perfect size for you. And if you have any questions about the fit/sizing, no matter how small or big the question, please feel free to reach out and we'll help you make the most informed decision possible.

      Care instructions?

      Wash it on cold, dry it on low, try not to iron the decoration and your shirt will live a long and fruitful life full of compliments! We stress the "wash it on cold, dry it on low" part if you want to keep the softness, fit, and look of your garment to pass down through generations.
